NATIONJOB NETWORK
NationJob offers an integrated network of web sites and services that promote our customer's job openings in a variety of ways. Each listing may go on our main search site, on one or more Specialty sites dedicated to specific types of job openings, on a Custom Jobs Page we maintain for a particular customer, and out to all matching job seekers subscribing to our Personal Job Scout service. In addition, we also cross-post jobs to other sites on the Internet to save our customers' time while increasing the reach of the service as a whole.
As complex as our offerings are, they always remain easy to us. Our comprehensive customer service allows customers to submit job listing and company profile information in their own format in whatever way is easiest for them-via fax, email, mail, etc. We can also pull information from existing web sites. Our basic philosophy is to save our clients as much time as possible by doing as much of the work for them as we can. Our pricing is also designed to make the service easy for the customer. Rather than charge separately for each service we offer, we provide complete solutions for a single flat fee based on each customer's needs.
MARKETING
The Company markets its products in a variety of ways.
- Direct sales. NationJob sells its products directly to customers, primarily through a rapidly-growing inside sales force. Our general recognition in the industry and the media along with our enormous web traffic are also significant sources of new business.
- Community Sponsorship. Under this program, we provide all of the services of NationJob to an entire community for discounted rate per company. We work with the local chamber of commerce to set up a program, then we work directly with the local employers to list and update all of their information. The Community Sponsorship program saves companies time and money, and helps them to attract quality employees. The local chamber of commerce also benefits greatly, as this program is great tool for recruitment and retention of members.
