Description

 

The candidate for this position will be responsible for overseeing the residential lending growth and origination of 1st mortgage loans in the OKC metro area. The candidate will be responsible for the implementation of quality control programs to increase efficiency and enhance the residential market, providing support to the residential lending staff, and managing market activities to create and maintain a professional environment. The candidate will also be responsible for hiring, training, and coaching the residential loan officers.

 

Requirements for the position include a Bachelor’s degree in a business related field required, a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience, a minimum of 10 years residential lending experience, strong verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational and administrative skills. The ability to work late and/or flexible hours is required.
