The PSM Engineer is responsible for all aspects of Process Safety Management on site and will work in cooperation with corporate PSM group to ensure continuity in the program. Reports to the A You will report to the site Process Engineering Manager.

• Monitors, maintains, and audits MOC (Management of Change) process ensuring that all 14 elements of process safety are met.
• Facilitates and participate in PHAs, PSSRs and in the causal mapping process and assists other managers in completing MOCs.
• Write effective procedures and help develop training program in the plant.
• Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress of PSM
• Perform training of plant personnel on programs related to process safety management

This position requires a self-starer adept at partnering with a diversity of plant employees.

• B.S. in Chemical Engineering
• At least five years of Process Safety Management experience
• Experience with ISO Management systems is preferred
