We are looking for a Service Implementation Executive who will be responsible for presenting, selling, and quoting Cloud implementation services created by legal experts for legal professionals. This service will lower IT and infrastructure costs, meet security requirements and provide scalability. About the Role In this opportunity as the Services Implementation Executive you will: - Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Sellers and Pre-Sellers on every deal cycle Lead/assist with project scoping exercises.
- Ensure a thorough scoping is completed to develop a comprehensive SOW, with a goal to deliver accurate, predictable, initial scoping and in clear customer expectations.
- Help establish a best-in-class client experience with an emphasis on a guiding customer decision making and competitive differentiation
- Educate the sellers on new services offerings or changes in existing packages
- Produce an initial SOW estimate for Services and iterate the estimate throughout the sales process
- Develop a deep understanding of the Services product offerings, customer needs and competitive landscape
- Continuously evolve the message in tandem with Services team direction
- Facilitate additional Services SMEs into customer conversations/scoping process as needed
- Act as main liaison between Sales and Services.
- Maintain strong bidirectional feedback with Services team Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast using Salesforce and other tools
- Exceed monthly quota targets while developing and building a strong customer base
QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications - A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in sales
- Minimum 7+ years experience in implementation experience and /or professional services leadership
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and high growth business environment
- Experience partnering with Sales and be the SME to handle all post sales implementation
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to people: professional, courteous, respectful and friendly
- Occasional customer/internal travel 10-20%
Education: University - Bachelor`s Degree/3-4 Year Degree
