We are looking for an experienced and passionate UX Lead. Be a strategic thinker as it relates to websites and mible app experiences. Research, conduct interviews, create user flows, site maps, wire-frames, etc.

This position will be part of a team of specialists concepting, strategizing and crafting clean user experiences and lead all strategic dialogue for each new project including UX research, knowledge transfer, key business objectives, stake holder interviews, etc. Then you will create the UX design assets in order to facilitate a distinctive, effective and enjoyable web user experience across mobile, apps, and full scale business websites.

Qualifications

Bachelor`s degree or equivalent

9+ years of experience creating strategic user experiences for medium to large scale brand website projects that solve objectives

Experience working with Creative Directors, Visual Designers, and Digital Producers

A portfolio (required) consisting of UX design examples

Excellent communication skills (Oral & written)

Client facing direct experience

Proficiency in UX/Design related tools: Adobe, Sketch, Illustrator, etc.

High-quality standards and a desire to produce enjoyable work

Education:
University - Bachelor`s Degree/3-4 Year Degree
