Process Engineer out of Injection Molding for Kansas City, MO

Responsibilities:
The Process Engineer is responsible for the performance results of Process Engineering and
Quality Assurance. The selected individual will be viewed as a key technology leader, and serve as
resource for overall accountability for process control systems, quality and process
problem resolution, and change management. The individual will also work with site leadership to achieve performance measure goals, and to drive the continuous improvement process.

Ensures compliance with all corporate and plant safety policies and procedures.
Maintains ISO compliant process and quality records.
Provides leadership direction, coaching, and training for all process team members.
Utilizes process control methodology (Six Sigma, SPC, Designed Experiments, etc...) to solve
problems and improve process control and capability.

Qualifications:
Associates in Engineering or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2-5 years in Process, Maintenance, or Operations roles in a manufacturing environment
preferred.
Experience in Injection Molding is a substantial plus
Competency in employee engaged people leadership

Education:
University - Bachelor`s Degree/3-4 Year Degree
