- The Sr. Service Engineer will lead a team of technicians in the service, installation, and maintenance of automated material handling equipment.
- They will be responsible for onsite customer support as well as parts and maintenance to ensure the equipment is working properly and to the satisfaction of the customer.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
8+ years of experience in a technical management position working with automation equipment
5+ years of experience with 10+ direct reports including hiring, disciplining, and terminating employees
Experience with PNL responsibilities including budgeting
Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems in automation equipment
Project management experience (capital equipment)
Willing to travel 40%
Bachelors Degree (Management or Engineering preferred)
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Experiecne with managing remote technicians
Experience with automated conveyor systems
Experience with commissioning automated machinery
Experience with PLC programming
Experience working with an OEM manufacturer Education:
