JOB DESCRIPTION

You will oversee multiple locations of this home installation service business in Southwest California

Responsibilities:

  • As the coach and mentor of these branch offices - you will work with the Service Managers and Sales Managers to assist them in reviewing their operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability.
  • Coach and develop the Management team
  • Recruit, train, and conduct performance appraisals
  • Assist in marketing and advertising plans
  • Grow the business in the Southwest Coast region.
  • Report on metrics
  • Troubleshoot and optimize operations
  • Ensure all regulatory and company standards are being met
  • Assist operations with financial reporting
  • Assist in negotiating contracts
  • Assist with solving customer issues, incident reports etc.,
QUALIFICATIONS

Must live within an hour commute to the Sacramento office

Travel 50% by company car to approximately eight locations

Requirements:

  • A four-year degree preferred
  • At least five years Regional Management operations experience in a service industry, largely made up of blue-collar workers such as route drives, customer service reps, service techs
  • Previous experience overseeing regional operations, manage budgets, and set performance objectives at multiple branch offices
  • Experience in the service industry - home service - installation industries.
  • Must have experience owning and managing P&L
  • Reviewing and implementing new processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and project management tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Accounting/Finance savvy

Education:
University - Bachelor`s Degree/3-4 Year Degree
