***EMPLOYER OFFERING TOP OF INDUSTRY SALARY + BONUS ON BILLABLE HOURS + EXCELLENT BENEFITS PACKAGE.*** This employer is assisting a long-established Ag Equipment Retailer seeking a Shop Technician for several of their Upper Midwestern locations. This Shop Technician will service and support all equipment sold by employer. Ability to troubleshoot and prioritize jobs will be a day-to-day responsibility. Duties to include:
- Complete pre-delivery inspections on all new and used equipment sold
- Diagnose and repair all systems on equipment including hydraulic, electrical, computer and welding
- Schematic reading and interpretation
- Participating in product training
- Maintain a clean and safe shop area
- Maintain all parts, supplies, tools and safety equipment in the shop
- Maintain accurate equipment/inventory count
- Employer will also consider an Auto Mechanic who grew up on a farm and who has operated farm equipment.

- 2 years Ag Equipment experience preferred
- Ability to diagnose and repair Diesel Engines a definite plus
- Air conditioning service experience beneficial
- Solid Mechanical knowledge and understanding
- Detail-oriented with ability to troubleshoot
- Customer-focused with ability to prioritize jobs
- Ability to lift / carry up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to work extended hours during busy Agronomy season, including some weekends and after-hour service calls Education:
University - Associate`s Degree/Graduate Diploma/2 Years
