Our client has nearly 100 years of success within the Food industry and is growing. We are seeking an indvidual with excellent training and teaching skills to develop a Second Shift production team in large food processing operation. This is a very "Employee Driven" organization and we are seeking individuals that embrace that culture. As the 2nd Shift Production Supervisor you will be working with Production Leads and Operators in training and teaching existing and new employs in complex manufacturing practices. This organization provides excellent benefits and relocation package. QUALIFICATIONS 2-3 years of production management in a Food Processing operation Solid knowledge of GMP, HACCP and USDA regulations Exceptional teaching and training abiliites and have a strong track record of success Education:
