This firm is seeking an experienced marketer, who can make an immediate revenue impact as the company continues to grow their operations. This company is in a high-growth, high-demand industry, and expects that trajectory to be accelerated. The VP Marketing & Sales Solutions will step into an environment of existing manufacturing product lines, dozens of ancillary services, and over 20,000 unique SKUs in a retail parts inventory that turns dozens of times per. The real opportunity for the company is in the up-selling of their expertise as an installer of parts into functional integrated systems directly onto client vehicles, new or used, as opposed to simply fulfilling part sales orders. The successful candidate will demonstrate that they think, act, and plan strategically about the entire customer journey and can communicate clearly the upsell strategy with in-house sales and parts teams. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors Degree required Ten (10+) years experience in sales and marketing management Five (5+) years experience using CRM software, w/ preference for Acumatica Familiarity with specifications and configurations of various heavy duty truck manufacturers preferred (e.g., Kenworth, Western Star, Freightliner, and Peterbilt, etc.) Education: University - Bachelor`s Degree/3-4 Year Degree
