Privately held Wealth Management Firm seeks SVP Wealth Planning Advisor to counsel UHNW clients regarding sophisticated trust, estate and wealth planning strategies, in addition to adding guidance on business and investment transactions. No new business requirements. Position Specifications: Work closely with the CEO and COO, as subject matter expert, in all areas of Trust and Estate planning, as well as business transactions for UHNW clients - Serve as resource for internal team and outside advisors to provide clients with appropriate tax, trust, estate and comprehensive wealth management advice
- Manage select book of client relationships, identify and resolve client issues and coordinate delivery of services
- Assist clients with planning, structuring business and real estate transactions
- Liaise with internal team members, prospects, and COIs to support business development efforts
- Average client has 150mm investable assets with firm
QUALIFICATIONS Position Requires: - J.D and 15+ years` trust/estate or wealth planning experience
- Exposure to corporate law and transactional planning
- Previous experience in law firm, combined with in-house financial service firm background
