- The production superintendent will oversee the welding and press departments for manufacturing of automotive service equipment such as lifts, alignment systems, and wheel balancers.
- It includes area safety, production, materials, and equipment to ensure efficiency is maintained and production remains on schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
5+ years experience as production supervisor in manufacturing environment
Experience developing and coaching supervisors
Experience leading training initiatives
Experience with ISO 9000 standards
Experience with KPI tracking
Experience in lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement
BS in Engineering
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience with automotive manufacturing
Experience with lifts, alignment systems, and wheel balancers
Experience as a project manager Education:
University - Bachelor`s Degree/3-4 Year Degree
