Our client is a large World Class Tier I automotive supplier with over 20,000 employees. This successful company is in the process of filling a first shift PLANT SUPERINTENDENT position. The successful candidate will have 3 to 8 years experience working as Plant Superintendent, General Foreman, Manufacturing Manager or similar within a high paced Tier I automotive environment. Description: Monitor and achieve production, quality and overall targets on the first shift. Coordinate and supervise, through subordinates or several production departments, the flow of work through various sub-assembly and final assembly operations. Maintain established schedules and distribute available manpower in accordance with established priorities. QUALIFICATIONS Able to work well in a team environment. Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail. Good verbal and written communication skills Education: AS/AA Required. Prefer Bachelors Experience: 5+ Years Education:
University - Associate`s Degree/Graduate Diploma/2 Years
