Our global chemical client is searching for an experienced Chemical Production Engineer to add to their team. This role will have process and production engineering responsibility supporting plant operations, continuous improvements, process/ product startups, and all EHS/ PSM regulations. --- Involved in day to day production support for the batch/ continuous chemical operations including troubleshooting and problem solving of process / equipment issues

--- Runs process trials and process improvement projects.

--- Manages continuous improvements in safety, productivity, quality, reliability and cost.

--- Support process startups and shutdown planning.

--- Involved with production and material planning, packaging, shipping, and receiving.

--- Participate in PSM initiatives and audits.

--- Lead PHA re-validations.

--- Implement change management processes including MOC, PSSR, ECP, P&ID, hazard reviews, SOPs and annual certification.

--- Lead incident investigations and problem-solving sessions (safety, quality, production, reliability, etc.)

--- BS Chemical Engineering degree with 10+ years experience in chemical production/ operations leadership in a PSM chemical plant.

--- Extensive background managing shift / operation teams in a chemical plant.

--- Experience with requirements and use of PSM (OSHA 1910.119), RCA, Lean, Six Sigma

--- Able to work in the USA without sponsorship, now or in the future.

University - Bachelor`s Degree/3-4 Year Degree
