Growing water services company is seeking an experienced business development manager for their operations in Texas and New Mexico. This person will develop, cultivate, negotiate and finalize contracts with producer clients. This is an individual contributor role. Focus - Attract new business related to brackish water sourcing and produced water recycling projects
- Develop proposals, meet with potential and existing customers
QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor`s degree with 5+ years of experience in energy or water midstream, upstream oil and gas or oilfield service
- Experience working in a water management role for a Permian Basin oil and gas operator or commercial role with a water services or midstream company
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Background in economic analysis, capital planning and project management
Education:
University - Bachelor`s Degree/3-4 Year Degree
