Our client is a manufacturer of primary packaging sold to the alcoholic beverages manufacturing industry (mostly distillers). This position is responsible for growing the South Eastern US territory where there is still quite a bit of potential for growth for their high end product line. The territory includes the following states: SC, GA, FL, TN, AL, MS, AR, LA, TX, OK. The role is one primarily of business development, which includes both direct and indirect sales depending on customer size and potential. The technical aspect of the products and their high end positioning requires sophisticated customer service. QUALIFICATIONS - Relevant general education level (University degree or equivalent level).
- Progressive and successful track record in Sales (around 5 years) preferably in industries that are very similar (packaging, labeling, bottling, corks, closures, barrels etc) in their sales cycles and that cater to the same customers (wine and spirit makers).
- Must be willing to be located within sustainable commuting distance to the office, and able to travel as much as required for duties.
Education:
University - Bachelor`s Degree/3-4 Year Degree
