- The manufacturing engineer will be performing mechanical engineering. analysis of proposed conceptual designs using classical engineering hand calculations as well as CAD software.
- Thermal, stress, vibration, data analysis and other mechanical engineering principals will be used for manufacturing for their glucose monitoring medical devices (diabetes equipment).
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
3+ years experience as manufacturing engineer with medical devices
Experience with Statistical Analysis
Experience with GD&T and tolerance analysis
Experience with injection molding
Understanding of high volume medical device manufacturing
Experience with CAD software
BS in Mechanical Engineering
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience with diabetes or glucose medical devices
Experience with Statistical Analysis: JMP or Minitab, DOE, Data analysis, Gauge R&R, Cpk, Ppk, SPC
Experience with Solidworks
MS in Mechanical Engineering Education:
University - Bachelor`s Degree/3-4 Year Degree
