- The Quality Engineer will support the needs of the facility to produce and manufacture quality products through data-drive quality metrics, customer interaction, compliance to EP Quality Management System, customer procurement requirements, customer and industry specifications, as well as problem resolution, preventive/corrective actions of noncompliances.
QUALIFICATIONS MUST HAVE:
2+ years of experience as quality engineer in an AS9100 manufacturing environment
Experience with creating first article inspection reports per AS9102 requirements
Experience with participating in material review boards (MRB) and failure review boards (FRB)
Experience with root cause analysis to identify design and manufacturing issues
Experience reviewing technical drawings
Working knowledge of GD&T
BS in Engineering or related
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience with internal or external quality audits
Experience facilitating material review boards (MRB) and failure review boards (FRB)
ASQ CQE or CQA certification Education:
University - Bachelor`s Degree/3-4 Year Degree
