The AVP - Senior Project Manager is an integral member of the Digital Transformation Team. Working in partnership with Business and Technology Teams, the Senior Project Manager is accountable for leading teams in the execution of the Digital Transformation projects, with an emphasis on the continued build out of Salesforce (Financial Services Cloud), Mulesoft, Pardot and Tableau CRM. As a key member of the Digital Transformation Team, the Senior Project Manager will partner with leadership in Retail Banking and Commercial Lending to implement digital solutions, in the Salesforce suite of applications, that drive revenue, operational efficiency and enhanced customer and employee experiences. The Senior Project Manager is accountable for project strategy, planning, communications, budget, scope, issue and risk management. Key Responsibilities: Defines the overall roadmap for implementing / leveraging Salesforce across the organization. Works with the business to determine overall priorities; plan releases in alignment with priorities; enable capabilities that deliver business value. Accountable for successful delivery of the project and its objectives. Ensure the project and resources are producing high quality deliverables on schedule, budget, and scope. Provides overall project leadership to the cross-functional team (Business and IT). Ensure clarity re: project objectives, approach and plan; promoting a collaborative team environment; proactively addressing resource and team challenges; and holding team members accountable for completing their tasks and deliverables on-time, on scope and with high quality. Identifies and manages stakeholders. Ensures that all stakeholders are identified and engaged; that their points of view and expectations are understood and managed; and that they are kept informed throughout the life cycle of the project. Accountable for project governance. Ensure effective use of the established framework; driving governance agendas, facilitating governance processes. Accountable for the creating, actively communicating, and managing the project schedule. Work closely with the other project leads to ensure detailed project tasks are defined and tracked within the overall project schedule. Defines and manages the project budget. Ensure funding approval; track and manage actual spend against budget; and forecast through to project completion. Leads scope management and change control. Drive scope definition; identify and track potential changes to scope; present scope changes for approvals. Provides timely, on point, and concise communications to the project team, IT Leadership, Steering Committee, Executive Board and key stakeholders consistently utilizing PMOs status report throughout the life cycle of the project. Drives risk and issue management and escalation. Collaborate with the team to proactively and holistically identify, address and escalate risks and issues. Leads the project team through the project management lifecycle. Ensures tasks and milestones are delivered on time, on budget and with quality. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in such fields as Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field 5+ years of IT and business / industry work experience Experience managing large, complex projects Experience in vendor selection, management, contracting Strong strategic and leadership skills Excellent, effective written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail Excellent problem-solving skills Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all levels of staff Excellent time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills Strong knowledge of the Salesforce suite of applications, including Financial Services Cloud, Pardot, Tableau Strong knowledge of and experience in agile delivery Experience working with SCRUM PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Masters degree in such fields as Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) Scrum Master Certified Product Owner Experience leading the implementation of Salesforce and related applications Prior Change Management experience Knowledge of Fiserv and Banking Solutions Education: University - Bachelor`s Degree/3-4 Year Degree
