- The EEM will manage the Electrical Engineering team of 8 to 12 employees ensuring efficient, quality electrical engineering and testing of custom automation systems for the Life Science and Medical device industry.
- Provides technical guidance to Electrical Engineering, Commissioning teams as we work through design, program and testing these complex automation systems.
- Plans the daily and weekly activities of the Electrical Engineers as well as ensuring all training is up to date and effective.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
3+ years experience as electrical/controls engineering manager
5+ years experience with controls for automated equipment
Experience managing up to 12 people
Ability to grow and develop a team
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Experience with Life Science industry or automation equipment
