What type of work will the hardscape division do? - Any construction that is immediately outside of the building envelope excluding bituminous paving.
- Concrete flat work, specialty concrete
- Walls, entry features, guardhouses, Fountains, lighting, audio systems, drainage
- Amenity centers
- Goal is to provide a complete site package to developers for their new developments
- Clients would include:
- Developers
- General contractors
- Builders
- Architects
QUALIFICATIONS - 2-3 years of project managerment preferraly construction - running a job site, overseeing subcontractors
- Bidding/esitmating
- Client relationship building
