JOB DESCRIPTION

My client, a major technology player in the governance, risk and compliance (GRC) space is looking to fill two inside sales (lead gen) positions within their Regulatory Compliance practice as soon as possible. Can be remote anywhere in the US.

Their Regulatory Compliance practice provides consulting, advisory, and managed services solutions to their clients in the Financial Services sector. As trusted advisors, their team plays an integral role in helping our global clients comply with their regulatory obligations, meet the expectations of their investors and apply leading industry practices and technology.

  • Liaise with sales leadership and maintain strong working relationships with other sales team members
  • Develop meaningful relationships with prospects and clients to encourage trust and loyalty
  • Create prospecting plans to develop leads and referrals
  • Conduct outreach and follow-up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
  • Understand and answer questions related to our products and services
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and other relevant sales collateral to move sales opportunities to the next stage
  • Achieve monthly goals and objectives set by leadership
  • Develop and continuously improve sales skills to increase conversion and success rates
  • Successfully complete internal training programs with intention and desire to transition to outside sales
QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years of experience in lead generation or commission-based sales
  • Possess excellent client service skills
  • Must be knowledgeable on sales processes
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency or willingness to become proficient in the use of Salesforce or other CRM tools to assist with prospecting, tracking leads, and pipeline management
  • Ability to establish rapport and generate and advance qualified sales opportunities
  • Willing to travel up to 25 percent

Ideally, youll also have:

  • Experience selling to private equity, hedge funds, or alternative asset managers
  • Experience with Salesforce

Education:
University - Bachelor`s Degree/3-4 Year Degree
