GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
As the Marketing Director - Americas you are responsible for driving a strategy that produces warms leads for sales, engaging content for our customers, and a differentiated strategy that fits the key goals of the company. You will be a collaborative partner to Sales and Service focused on growing revenue, providing excellent customer service and value to all our customers.
You will have an aptitude for technical marketing -- learning about new technologies in an evolving industry. You must be comfortable explaining Company Solutions to Industry magazines, websites, and other content providers. You will be a product champion having a deep understanding of compnay`s advantages and how to best position these solutions in the market.
Key duties will include developing industry specific marketing strategies, managing all digital and written marketing content, reporting, managing budgets, assisting with tradeshows and company marketing events, and leading the U.S marketing team. You will be an important part of the Revenue-Generation team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work together with the Sales and Service teams to create marketing strategies that drive revenue, create differentiation, and align with Company Corporate goals. QUALIFICATIONS
Drive the development of content per the Strategy.
Align messaging and branding.
Communicate with Industry Press confidently conduct interviews and create content.
Prepare an annual strategy that aligns with corporate goals and sales/service goals.
Prepare reports and KPIs as requested by Senior Management.
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily.
Minimum 5 years experience needed in a similar Marketing role.
Bachelors Degree in marketing or business with a concentration in marketing preferred.
Technical Aptitude and ability to explain technical concepts and solutions.
Strong project management, analytical, creative and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and proofreading skills. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, writing, and reporting skills.
Develop and implement Marketing initiatives and strategies.
Wiling to learn about engineering/manufacturing and relevant industry technologies.
Self-starter and collaborative internal and external relationship builder.
Highly organized with effective time management skills
Expertise in modern communication techniques including internet, print, database mgmt., etc.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Practical, highly adaptable, resourceful and organized.
Able to solve problems on the spot and complete the work thoroughly.
Self-motivated, confident, able to conduct training in both large and small groups.
Machine and personal safety aware when around machinery.
University - Bachelor`s Degree/3-4 Year Degree
