Our client, a leading Managed Services Provider to Enterprise and Government customers, is hiring a Senior Recruiter for the Downtown NYC location.
This is a full-time, direct-hire role, not a contract position.

The firm is looking for a talented Senior Recruiter to partner with the Executive Management, Business Unit and Line Management hiring managers to identify top talent, build diverse pipelines, and hire world class talent for this rapidly-growing firm with operations in New York City, New Jersey, Washington, DC, Salt Lake City and other locations
Youll work to build strong relationships with hiring managers across all company functions including operations, engineering, network security, finance, sales, marketing and customer support,
Scope of Role:
Build a pipeline of top active and passive talent through active outreach, researching, sourcing, events, partnerships and networking.
Drive recruiting activity on 10-20 roles and candidates throughout the full recruiting cycle, with minimal direction.
Build a strong partnership with hiring managers to evaluate talent, hone the interview process, make hiring decisions, and onboard the best talent available/
Deliver an excellent candidate experience to all candidates who engage with the firm.
Qualify candidates for technical and communication skills as well as culture compatibility.
Manage the full recruitment process including interview, feedback and offer process
Generate and present periodic recruiting reports to management and drive toward performance metrics
Manage multiple candidate channels including agencies, advertising and other recruiting campaigns.
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
Bachelors Degree preferred with a strong preference for Computer Science focus or equivalent experience.
3-5+ years of experience recruiting for a wide array of business and/or corporate roles, inclusive of specialized and niche positions
Customer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills to handle all levels within an organization, and a track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers
Strong talent sourcing skills are a MUST.
Well networked with a deep network of diverse talent
Experience networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talent in North America.
Experience mentoring junior teammates
Experience working in both small and large tech companies
Strong knowledge of relevant industry talent market
Strong knowledge of relevant recruiting technologies, including ATS/CRM, Social Tools, SEO/PPC, HRIS.
University - Bachelor`s Degree/3-4 Year Degree
