TSC is an industry leading Specialty Contractor providing Construction Crews and Management to install cellular equipment on communications structures. TSC is looking for a Wireless Construction Manager that will provide industry leading support to TSC's Construction Management Teams to verify that all Crews and Crew Members are efficiently, effectively and safely performing work in a manner consistent with TSC's Industry's Standards when working on cellular communication sites.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
The Wireless Construction Manger is a Leadership position who will oversee assigned company and customer projects and be responsible for meeting company/customer goals.
Provide oversight during construction on all assigned construction projects.
Serve as single point of contact between project management and construction execution.
Ensure safety compliance is a top priority.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company construction standards, processes, and procedures.
Provide a positive work environment for all employees, customers and contractors.
Actively participate in development of new ideas and processes.
