The Radisson Hotel Lansing at the Capitol, located in the heart of downtown Lansing, is currently seeking an experienced sous chef to join our culinary team.
The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting in the operations of the kitchen. This includes coordinating the activities of the line and prep cooks and overseeing food production operations to ensure that quality standards are maintained for the hotel's restaurant and guests using the hotel's meeting space.
The ideal candidate will have a culinary degree along with three (3) ore more years of progressively responsible kitchen experience in a fast paced environment. Former hotel and/or banquets cooking experience preferred.
