The Customer Service Representative is responsible for reassuring and instilling confidence in our clients that we are going to take care of them and processing their concerns as fast and accurate as possible to ensure a great experience.

Ensure Selden's and Bassett clients are extended the highest levels of customer service at all times.
Fielding phone calls and e-mails to process service orders.
Keying service orders into the system as accurate and complete as possible.
Running reports to maintain contact with clients on the status of the service order.
Scheduling in-house and in-shop repairs.
Monitor Dispatch for any delivery issues.
