Support Engineer IV As a key member of the Product Software Engineering team you will be responsible for designing and developing our customer portals, data management and middleware platforms. You will be involved in the development lifecycle from architecture, design, implementation, testing and support with a focus on delivering solutions adhering to business goals, technical requirements and engineering standards.

- Experience with object-oriented and/or scripting languages: Python, Java, C++, Scala, etc.
- Experienced in Incident Management process and ability to resolve level 1, level 2 issue within agreed organization SLO.
