Administrative Clerk

Job Location: Sturtevant, WI

Under the direction of the General Manager, the Administrative Clerk ensures the timely and accurate processing of all order entries for finished goods and service orders using SAP, Workwise, and Paradox. Provides clerical support to the plant and office personnel, in accordance with company policies and procedures. Responsible for courteous and efficient facilitation of telephone calls and visitors from the front desk.

Data Entry

Perform assigned data entry activities according to established procedures, accurately and on time, ensuring correct coding using Workwise, SAP, and Paradox.

Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc/ Establish and maintain computerized records systems for departmental records, files, reports, etc., ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Prepare and distribute all required daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Complete special projects as assigned.

Front Desk

Monitor office supplies inventory, re-ordering supplies, forms, stationary, etc. as needed, according to procurement procedures.

Answer telephone calls and direct to the correct party, or address and resolve the inquiry if possible. Greet visitors or customers and direct to the correct party or notify party of visitor.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.



Requires a High School diploma or equivalent.


Previous experience with Workwise, SAP, or Paradox preferred but not required.

2 years in an office setting required.

Microsoft Office suite experience required including Outlook and Excel.


Must maintain courteous, professional and effective working relationships with vendors and employees at all levels of the organization.


Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented and self-motivated customer service and detail-oriented.


Must communicate information and state problems or challenges to be resolved in a clear, concise, courteous, nondiscriminatory and professional manner, and be able to provide clarification, as necessary.

Some emails and communications will be translated to other languages with our global partners. The ability to write clear professional emails is essential.

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, order forms, invoices, purchase orders, and short correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one on one situations to corporate partners, vendors, and other employees of the organization. Requires good telephone and email skills.


Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
