Job Location: Mukilteo, WA
General Position Summary: Procure mechanical construction projects through effective communication, negotiation, scheduling, tracking, document control, and forecasting of costs and profitability.
Essential Job Functions:
14. Regular attendance and promptness are considered part of each employee's essential job functions.
15. Depending on experience and client expectations, may be required to perform the functions of the Senior Project Manager or Project Manager for a project.
Secondary Job Functions:
1. Assist in the bid process and the procurement of new work
2. Procure, develop and maintain client contacts/relations
3. Participate in the Catalytic Coaching process.

May be required to supervise Senior Project Managers, Project Manager, Project Engineers and estimators.May supervise the marketing effort on proposals.
Education/ Experience Requirements Needed to Perform the Essential Duties of the Job:
1.A minimum of ten years experience as a mechanical project manager
2.Construction Management or Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering degree desired
Licensing or Other Special Certifications Required:Maintain a valid Drivers License and satisfactory driving record.
