Responsible for entering data from various sources into our copy repository system--an online platform that stores multiple copy blocks for our client and partners to access. You'll need to efficiently manage and upload large amounts of "copy blocks" from various marketing resources and work closely with our Copy Repository Manager to gather, organize information. We are looking for attention to detail, computer and technical skills, understanding of software and content management systems, preferably Drupal.
Preparing and sorting of documents for data entry.
Entering/uploading data into our copy repository system and ensuring the accuracy of the data uploaded, including copy blocks, images, and translations (Spanish.)
Entering metadata and keywords into copy block fields.
Read through copy blocks to double-check for spelling & grammar.
Link reference assets from the copy repository system to our digital asset management system.
2-3 years of digital data entry experience.
Strong computer and technical skills (including software knowledge)
Extremely accurate and attention to detail.
High-levels of concentration and patience.
Proficiency in the following tools:
Google's web-based software office suite including, Google docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experienced with content management systems (CMS.) Drupal is a plus.
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills within a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work to time constraints.
Bilingual (English,Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
BS/BA degree or relevant professional experience.
