As our Treasury Analyst III, you will help manage the cash management and treasury function for the organization. This will be a key position with growth potential as the Company continues to add additional services that will require enhanced treasury management
Manage security protocols with our financial partners to mitigate fraud risk and ensure that our cash is adequately safeguarded
Review banking and treasury set up to optimize cash management and utilization
Prepare weekly bank balance reporting to upper management
Prepare 13 week cash forecasts to ensure that the Company has enough liquidity to meet its planned initiatives
Work in collaboration with the FP&A team to align the cash forecast with the annual budget and forecast
Handle approvals for AP and credit card disbursements
Optimize the cash flow functionality features of our new ERP system to help automate cash reporting requirements
Review account analysis statements and work with banking contacts to ensure that our accounts are set up to minimize banking fees
Assist in developing the treasury structure and security related to our TPA (Third Party Administrator) service provider on behalf of Enterprise clients
Create controls and approval requirements related to employee expense reimbursements and corporate credit card usage
Communicating with our banking and credit providers on requirements related credit administration, including bank covenant requirements
Prepare and/or review monthly bank reconciliations
Assist in reconciling billing system activity to our merchant ACH and credit card processor
Minimum 5 years cash management, treasury, or related experience
(Required) Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Banking
Experience in handing data from multiple foreign systems to assist with cash reconciliation requirements
Experience handling Intercompany and Related Party treasury and banking for multiple entities
Microsoft Office knowledge and advanced knowledge of Excel
Knowledge of MSFT Business Central ERP highly preferred
Experience and familiarity with accounting and finance tools, such as QuickBooks, preferred
Highly organized and the greatest attention to detail
Excellent verbal and communication skills with a customer service orientation towards related internal and external partners
Self-sufficient problem solver with a roll up your sleeves attitude
