Account Executive
Job Location: Santa Ana, CA

Reporting to: Team Lead & Sales Director

Key Responsibilities

Under guidance from the Sales Director and Team Leads, you will:

  • Get deals to the finish line. Close marketing-generated opportunities via phone, text and email.Take live inbound transfers and work inbound leads
  • Answer phone calls promptly in a polite and professional manner
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to best explain various health care and insurance programs and services
  • Actively listen during conversations with sales opportunities for customer needs, then provide a solution to help address those needs
  • Provide world-class customer service and maintain positive relations with new and existing clientele
  • Make follow-up calls/e-mails daily on pipeline opportunities
  • Manage your leads, calendar and time to efficiently meet monthly sales goals
  • Build a residual book of business by growing and maintaining an ongoing client base
  • Stay current on the industry, product knowledge and competitive marketplace



  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • Intimate knowledge of sales processes and tactics
  • Technologically savvy, with computer and Microsoft Office proficiency, including web-based CRM
  • Excellent communication skills with no phone call reluctance
  • Eagerness to learn and the ability to take direction trainable, coachable, constant learner
  • A self-starter with a passion for helping people and focusing on the clients' needs
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Can read, write, and speak proficient English
  • Must be able to pass a background check post-offer under the California Department of Insurance
  • Proven track record of success as a top performing sales professional a plus (Share awards in the interview)
