The individual will lead Display product development including design, manufacturing, validation, and be responsible for delivering among Display Supplier & System integrator, managing all engineering activities necessary to deliver a display for E/E System Integration from initial design concept to mass production. The individual will work with Fisker internal cross-functional teams and external suppliers. Also, the individual will be responsible for the overall display module development acting as Design Release Engineer (DRE).
Lead Display product development including design, manufacturing, validation
Create and maintain Display Specification and Approve Display Product Quality
Collaborate with stakeholders of interior design team and vehicle manufacturing team
Work with Display Suppliers (Tier1/2/3) & drive them to reach high quality display performance.
Work closely with OCR Bonding supplier and LCD/OLED suppliers
Travel to supplier's manufacturing site to ensure display quality (10-20% travel)
Ensure display performance for vehicle build
Ensure display reliability performance for vehicle integration
BS or higher in optical/physics/electrical/mechanical engineering, or equivalent
Display Design & manufacturing experience
Minimum 7 years of display development experience
Understanding of Automotive Standard DV/PV Process.
DOE expert having 6 Sigma analysis ability
LCD/OLED development experience.
OCR Bonding process experience
Experience to lead the supplier design/manufacturing
Willingness and ability to travel.Requirements:
