POSITION SUMMARY: Maintain cash flow through cashier's office to include accurately preparing bank deposits and processing invoices for payment and distribution.

Distribute checks and savings to guests and residents.

Distribute in-house program compensation.

Accept & record program fees.

Update Guest profiles in Spero software.

Maintain guest account ledgers.

Maintain all petty cash transactions.

Accept payroll packet and distribute pay checks.

Input invoices, credit memos, bank transactions.

Review and cross check vendor statements.

Maintain employee receivables.

Authenticate donations and prepare bank deposits.

Prepare deposit bag for courier pick up.

Occasional bank drop and pick-up.

Carrie other tasks and projects as assigned by the Assistant Controller.

Encourage guests of faith and growth in Jesus Christ.

Commitment to URM mission, vision, and core values.

The office is clean, orderly, properly lighted and ventilated.

High School diploma or GED equivalency.

4+ years progressively related experience.


Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.

Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision.

Ability to organize workload efficiently.

Ability to do basic mathematical calculations.

Ability to write simple correspondence and present information in one-on-one and small groups.

Strong customer, quality, and results orientation.

Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.

Ability to be an effective team member.

Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves.

Proficient in Microsoft office programs.

Strong attention to details and problem-solving skills.

Working knowledge of Abila MIP & Spero a plus.

Bi-lingual preferred (English/Spanish).
