The Senior Manager Demand Generation will be responsible for driving seller growth through the generation of leads, passed to sales and managed through the funnel to a successful contract. This professional will be a key member of B-Stocks growing marketing team and will be highly visible both internally and externally. The selected candidate will be creative, analytical and strategic, using all of those skills to proactively help B-Stock drive seller growth across key categories and geographies.
This role requires the willingness and ability to actively manage multiple, simultaneous projects; the skills to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders across B-Stocks organization; and the ability to cultivate strong, strategic relationships with external stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Leverage research, consumer insights and market trends to formulate strategies to acquire more sellers for B-Stock. This will include segmenting prospects by verticals, geographies, company size, pipeline stage status, job titles.
? Support both both US and Global teams across all of B-Stocks divisions: mobile, enterprise and small business
? Evaluate and lead enterprise advertising campaigns across 3rd party platforms
? Drive growth by acquiring new sellers by developing and executing creative marketing strategies in partnership with sales as well as with the content team and category specialists across the organization. Efforts will include:
? Paid media strategy across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Display etc.
? Email campaigns to multi-segmented cohorts
? Coordination of webinar and tradeshow strategy
? Work with Content Team to develop seller-focused content marketing, education and events
? Test and measure campaign strategies to optimize performance and marketing channels
? Ensure strong value-based messaging, brand consistency and core values across all campaign communications
? Analyze KPIs and provide feedback to various stakeholders for recalibration
? Additional responsibilities as needed
? Drive weekly sales / marketing review of lead quantity, quality and outcomes to capture learning to inform future campaigns
? Analyze the marketing funnel to determine where opportunities exist and manage through to closed won / loss status in partnership with the sales team
? Drive the review of dashboards (SFDC primarily) to evaluate campaigns effectiveness
? Develop an integrated marketing calendar for seller marketing in partnership with sales leaders
? Prioritize verticals, geographies, company targets etc. for campaigns
? Work closely with email ops and content team to develop and deliver engaging, high quality, campaigns and nurture series to convert leads and move them through the stages of the pipeline
? Test and learn into new channels to source high quality leads using A/B testing
? Be an advanced user of SFDC to measure results, ensure proper tracking is in place and that our sales teams SLAs are being met
? Lead the companys future Account Based Marketing initiatives
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
? 5-7 years of experience driving business results by translating high-level organizational business strategies into actionable and successful multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns
? Talented, customer-centric marketer who understands how to translate customer insights into compelling marketing campaigns
? Data driven with the ability to identify growth opportunities and risks for our sales & marketing leadership
? Understanding of A/B testing, cohort analysis, funnel and segmentation analysis
? Innovation champion, with proven track record working in white space and comfort with ambiguity
