ACCOUNT SERVICES SPECIALIST

The candidate for this position will be responsible for: - Providing assistance and support to branch personnel and back-office staff
- Conducting loan research and completing special projects within sensitive deadlines
- Monitor compliance of bank policy on retail and lending accounts
- Verify the accuracy of all new and maintained account information and documents from branches
- Setting up and reviewing auto payments and analyzing data
- Research and conduct system maintenance
- Process incoming mail requests
- Filing claims, processing reports and assisting with liens and vendor management
- Process lien releases for consumer, commercial and construction loans
Requirements for the position include: - A high school diploma (or equivalent)
- One year of banking experience
- Strong typing skills
- Basic computer skills
- An attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Late and or flexible hours
Preferred qualifications for this position include: - Six months of lending operations
- A good understanding of various loan products and documentation
- IRA/HSA knowledge preferred, but not required
