Description

REGIONAL MANAGER

The candidate for this position would be responsible for providing leadership to Customer Service Managers of our retail branch offices to ensure achievement of all sales, business development and service goals. Responsible for developing talent management strategies to improve service quality, overall customer experience, financial results and employee engagement in assigned region. Drive engagement in and knowledge of all aspects of the consumer customer experience, including digital. The candidate would oversee aspects of branch operations including people management, performance reviews, recognition programs and performance management. In partnership with the Retail leadership team, this individual will assist in developing strategies to ensure sales targets are achieved.

Requirements for the position include a bachelors degree in a business related field, strong verbal and written communication skills, a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience within a financial/banking environment, a minimum of 5 years sales experience and a minimum of 5 years experience working in customer service. The ability to work late and/or flexible hours is required. The ability to travel is also required for this position.
