RETAIL TRAINING INTERN
Our highly competitive internship program provides candidates with the opportunity to gain the best hands-on experience that banking has to offer. Fidelity Bank offers real-world opportunities to work in Retail Training. The paid internship program will be completed over a 16-week period beginning January 17, 2023 through May 5, 2023, working a maximum of 20 hours a week.
The candidate will have the opportunity to learn about careers in training by working with several different team members. The candidate will work directly with Retail Training Facilitators shadowing classroom training sessions and learning about effective facilitation techniques and will also spend time working with Instructional Designers learning about the design process and having an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing e-learning content. The candidate will have an opportunity to spend time in a branch working with Training Specialists to understand the role they play in the training process.
Requirements for the position include a high school diploma (or equivalent), strong customer service skills, the ability to prioritize projects and duties, basic computer skills and ten key.
