LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
The candidate will be responsible for assisting with development, maintenance, and delivery of training content focused on the professional development of in-branch Training Specialists, Retail Training Facilitators, and Instructional Designers. Also includes collaborating with Training CSMs and the Retail Training team to develop and maintain Nesting branch training materials, monitor effectiveness of in-branch training, and facilitate activities designed to build collaboration between the Nesting branch staff and Retail Training team members.
The candidate will also be responsible for assisting with development, maintenance, and delivery of training content for CSMs and Regionals such as operational tasks and duties, employee development responsibilities, and general management skills. Also responsible for assisting with development, maintenance, and delivery of training content related to financial literacy for internal and external audiences.
Requirements for the position include high school diploma (or equivalent) with a Bachelors Degree in training or related field. Professional certifications related to training and three or more years of management experience is preferred. The candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills, including superior presentation skills, and excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills. The candidate must also be self-driven with an ability to prioritize and work independently. The ability to work flexible and/or late hours is possible as well as the potential for occasional travel.
