The candidate for this position will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding top talent for Fidelity Bank and Oklahoma Fidelity Bank, managing the recruitment process, increasing recruiting efficiencies and overseeing internal and external job boards. The candidate must be an experienced recruiter, have established networking connections, and be active in the community. The candidate will act as a liaison between internal departments and applicants by reviewing applications, screening candidates and coordinating in-person interviews with hiring managers. The candidate will act as the company point-of-contact for all recruitment-based relationships, participate in career fairs, college networking programs and manage the companys internal internship program.

Requirements for the position include a bachelors degree in a business related field, a minimum of three years in recruitment required. A minimum two years of experience in the human resources is preferred. The candidate must have advanced knowledge of recruitment strategies, activities, resources and sources. The candidate must have intermediate computer skills, analytical skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Some travel and the ability to work late and/or flexible hours required.
