The candidate for this position will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources (HR) department. The candidate will oversee and maintain employee records, create and distribute internal and external correspondence on behalf of the department, compile data, writing correspondence and other administrative duties. The candidate for this position will also be responsible for the maintenance, scanning and organization of all documentation to employee files to ensure files are current and compliant, will assist in the onboarding of new employees, will maintain HR inventories and will provide support to the entire department in order to increase efficiencies in the area.

Requirements for the position include a high school diploma or equivalent, a Bachelors degree in a business related field, preferred. A minimum of one to two years administrative experience, preferred and a minimum of one years experience in Human Resources is preferred. The candidate must possess strong organizational skills, the ability to provide consistent exceptional customer service and the ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong verbal and written communication skills is required. The ability to work late and/or flexible hours is required.
