RETAIL TRAINING SPECIALIST
The candidate will be responsible for creating training material, conducting formal and informal training sessions in order to provide retail branch employees with the tools required to best serve customers. This candidate must possess the ability to work in a team, both as a member and a leader. The candidate will also conduct in person and virtual training, assist in maintaining and/or creating training materials, and other training projects as needed.
Requirements for the position include a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid Kansas drivers license, strong verbal and written communication skills, and computer skills. The candidate must demonstrate ability to present in a group setting and have the ability to multi-task. Proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is required. Training or teaching background is a plus. The ability to work flexible and/or late hours is possible as well as the potential for occasional travel.
