SENIOR PAYMENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Qualified applicants are eligible for a $500 signing bonus. The candidate for this position will be responsible for supporting the banks internal and external customers through daily involvement in payment operations. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the banks Automated Clearing House (ACH) functions by processing incoming and outgoing ACH files; performing daily wire functions, including processing outgoing wire requests from branches, internal departments and commercial online banking, as well as posting incoming wires, providing telephone and email support to other bank employees, and performing other account maintenance. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing and/or reviewing daily reports; processing ACH disputes; and ensuring the department adheres to regulatory guidelines.
Requirements for the position include a high school diploma (or equivalent), a Bachelors degree in a business related field is preferred, excellent customer service skills, the ability to anticipate needs, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Requirements include a minimum of two years in working with ACH/Wires preferred. The ability to work late and/or flexible hours is required.
