Description

FACILITIES CLERICAL SUPERVISOR

The candidate for this position will oversee the facilities service and support for Kansas and Oklahoma locations. The candidate will have extensive communication with facilities staff, internal customers and vendors, in addition to providing assistance and maintaining the general appearance of all company facilities. The candidate will oversee the completion of daily tasks, work orders, mail and package/courier/office supply deliveries. The candidate will also oversee and escort vendors on property, monthly reports, staff schedules, implementation of process and procedure enhancements as identified by Facilities management, departmental communications and participate in backup duties for responsibilities of the Facilities department.

Requirements for the position include a high school diploma (or equivalent), a Bachelors degree in a business related field preferred. Strong communication and computer skills required, Microsoft and Adobe experience preferred. A valid Kansas drivers license required with no restrictions. The ability to work late and/or flexible hours is required. Occasional overnight, air and/or road travel is required. EO/AA Employer: Title VII/Protected Veterans/Disability Status
