Description

OPERATIONS RESEARCH SPECIALIST

The candidate for this position will be responsible for providing support to both internal and external customers by researching errors, adjustments, cash letter differences and any additional inquiries. The candidate will compile information regarding adjustments and resolutions for monthly reporting for quality assurance, research and resolve outstanding teller transactions, and daily balancing of teller drawers. The candidate will also be responsible for providing backup support for exceptions and closed account/charge backs on a rotating monthly basis.

Requirements for the position include a high school diploma, a minimum of one year retail banking experience. The candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills along with attention to detail.
