Description
 

The candidate for this position will design, develop, and maintain participant centered, engaging training content utilizing instructional technology, based on the delivery method determined. The candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining a robust learning management system, reviewing material to ensure the content is accurate, relevant, and that the delivery method is the best experience. The candidate will research and identify training trends, new methodology, technology, and best practices to ensure the highest level of transfer.

 

Requirements for the position include a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license, strong verbal and written communication skills, plus customer service orientation. The candidate must possess the ability to work in a team, both as a member and a leader, have a working knowledge of the banking industry (including, but not limited to FDIC, IRAs, and banking regulations), and the ability to effectively and efficiently utilize a video editing software. The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ retail banking experience and/or 2 years in a training or instructional design related field, and the proven skills to create training materials and/or programs.  The ability to work flexible and/or late hours as well as the potential for occasional travel.
