Description
 

The candidate for this position will be responsible for reviewing commercial escrow calculations to determine accuracy of the calculations for record set-up at origination. The candidate will analyze commercial escrow accounts and pay insurance and taxes when due. The candidate will be responsible for providing feedback to loan assistants and loan officers on new escrow loans, obtaining and paying insurance, tax and private mortgage insurance bills and providing accurate answers to questions regarding escrow information. The candidate will also act in a back-up capacity to the Consumer Loan Servicing Escrow Processor and force placing flood and hazard insurance as needed.

 

Requirements for the position include a Bachelor’s degree in business related field preferred (may be waived in lieu of experience), a minimum of 5 years of experience in a lending environment. Additional requirements for the position include strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in both Word and Excel computer programs, basic accounting skills and the ability to perform at a high level of accuracy.
