JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE
Education:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Bachelors degree in business administration or related field preferred; however, a combination of education and experience wherein the skills and abilities to perform the responsibilities and functions have been adequately demonstrated is acceptable.
Desired Experience:
- 1 year of relevant inside sales, call center, marketing and/or business development experience required.
- Proven record of accomplishment of positive customer interaction and ability to close over the phone and in person.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct and prioritize daily activities to support the mission.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills as well as strong presentation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, including written and oral communication
abilities. - Must possess good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated as well as able to work independently with periodic consultation/direction.
- Excellent people and self-management skills while interacting with staff, colleagues, and cross-functional teams as well as third parties.
- Demonstrated ability to use assistive technologies as needed to support normal job functions
- Ability to:
- Evaluate business issues and resolve problems, decisive.
- Develop and write an inside sales plan,
- Work with individuals throughout Envision in a collaborative way,
- Demonstrate leadership ability,
- Able to work in a highly dynamic, flexible work environment and navigate between strategy and execution.
- Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.
